JENN
Jenn has 25 years of experience in food service and agriculture and 12 years of canning her own foods for her home and the food products available at farmer’s markets, local shops and directly at Front Perch Farm (previously known as Turtle Rock Farm).
She holds several food handling and manufacturing licenses such as HAACP, Better Process Control and ServSafe, is a certified Holistic Ayurvedic Coach and manages the certified Organic farm and kitchen.
With a commitment to whole system design, her principles are defined by the importance of understanding the seasonality for food and lifestyle as well as best agricultural practices for both a healthful diet and for the health of soil, water and energy resources.
